David Kendall, Rupes S.p.A Manger for the UK and Ireland, one of the leaders behind the groups’ formation, said: “The International Detailing Association, or IDA as it’s more widely known has started to become truly international with new ‘Chapter’ beginning to open around the globe. The UK is the first new Chapter to be opened outside of the United States and I am delighted to be working alongside Bert Youell, Managing Director of Pro-Valets, to bring the advantages and services of an international detailing organisation to detailers in the UK.”
